Front of House Manager Application

The front of house management positions are designed to ensure that the dining experience for our customers is exceptional. This is a position that requires accountability and reliability as you are an integral part of our operations.

You may or may not have experience in working in the food industry. You must fulfill the following:

  • Knowledge of restaurant regulations and/or fast learner

  • Focused on excellent customer service and willing to go the extra mile to make our dining experience exceptional for our guests

  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment

  • Able to train & coach new, inexperienced staff

  • Highly technology literate — able to work with point of sale systems (we use Square)

  • Is physically capable of standing for long periods of time

  • Can maintain an excellent standard of safety and hygiene

  • Is committed to our goal of eliminating waste

  • Is highly organized and able to manage inventory, scheduling, and ordering

  • Understands the importance of professionalism

Compensation

These position will be compensated at $25+ an hour, depending on experience.
